Position: COMMIS CHEF or SECOND/ THIRD YEAR APPRENTICE CHEF

Employment type: Full-time

Recently reopened Cliffy's Emporium is easily one of Daylesford's most iconic destinations for tourists and locals alike. The building is filled with local, legendary character, the menu and emporium shelves are abundant with regional produce and wholesome ‘good’ food.

Trading 7-days we're on the look out for a commis chef or second-third year apprentice to join our growing kitchen team.

This position requires weekend availability, experience with a proven track record in a breakfast and lunch environments (short order), a strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver food to a high standard is essential and must be able to work well with a small kitchen team and front of house staff. 

Remuneration package will be reflective of your experience and skills. Must be available weekends and public holidays.

With our team expanding and demand increasing, we’re looking for a part-time pastry chef / passionate cook who loves making cakes, pastries, slices and desserts.

Remuneration package will be reflective of your experience and skills. Flexible working hours available. Early mornings or late afternoons. Only applicants who are eligible to work in Australia may apply.
