Recently reopened Cliffy's Emporium is easily one of Daylesford's most iconic destinations for tourists and locals alike. The building is filled with local, legendary character, the menu and emporium shelves are abundant with regional produce and wholesome ‘good’ food.
Trading 7-days we're on the look out for a Sous Chef to help lead our team.
This position requires weekend availability, 2 years experience with a proven track record in a breakfast and lunch environments (short order), a strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver food to a high standard is essential and must be able to work well with a small kitchen team and front of house staff.
Remuneration package will be reflective of your experience and skills. Possible weekend day off each week.
