Every year, as the festive spirit wraps our community, Cliffy’s Emporium brings forward our much-anticipated Christmas Raffle. But beyond the gleam of prizes and the anticipation of a lucky draw, lies a deeper, heartfelt purpose.
Our local Country Fire Authority (CFA) brigades are the unsung heroes who work tirelessly to ensure our safety. They're the first responders when fires threaten our homes, and they invest countless hours in training, preparedness, and community outreach. From dousing flames to ensuring the well-being of our residents during emergencies, the CFA stands as a protective barrier between potential hazards and our loved ones.
The proceeds from our Christmas Raffle directly fund these heroes. While we enjoy the festive season with our families, it’s comforting to know that our participation in the raffle contributes to equipping our brigades with crucial resources.
Every ticket purchased aids in buying essential equipment, funding vital programs, and supporting infrastructure enhancements that aren’t covered in regular budgets. Whether it’s a thermal imaging cameras to detect hidden fire hotspots, training gear for budding firefighters, or a simple LED torch that can make all the difference in a low-light rescue scenario, every cent counts.

And on Christmas morning, join the community in enjoying your favourite hot & cold refreshments, a breakfast BBQ, Mimosa’s & Kir Royales for those who like to kick off the silly season early. Santa and the CFA will be there to get everyone in the mood and all proceeds will go to the CFA Fundraiser.

All proceeds from coffee sales are donated directly to our local CFA brigades (Daylesford and surrounding areas). Last year we raised a whopping
$17,870!
This money was put to great use by our local firies by purchasing much-valued resources that aren't included in their regular budgets.
